Fee: There will be a
$20.00 charge or $30.00 per couple if registered by January 27. An additional $5.00 will be charged for registration after January 27. Students are $5.00. Enjoy a delicious meal provided by a local caterer.
Check-in: Please check in at
the greeting table on February 2, 2012, when you arrive from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. Come at 8:00 so you have time to visit with the vendors.
Location: The Symposium will be held at the Gobin Community Building located at
105 N. Main Street, Rocky Ford, CO 81067. Please call for directions

Vender Set up/Tear
down: All vendors are
encouraged to set up on Wednesday evening, February 1, 2012, between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m., or February 2, between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. You can
tear down after 4:30 p.m. on February 2, 2012.

Options):
Display Booth/Table
$200.00: Includes registration for two people and an 8-foot table with two chairs for
your display. You have the option of simply putting up a display to distribute information, or having a company representative present.
Financial Sponsors
$100.00: Financial Sponsors can participate by providing Company
information that will be put in a packet and distributed to attendees.
Please provide your company logo either electronically or by mail.
Handouts: If you plan on having handouts, please provide for approximately 200
people.
