 REGISTRATION

We've made it easy to register for the Symposium this year! You have two great payment options.

  • Print and mail the appropriate form, along with check or money order to the address on the form.

or

  • We now accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers via PayPal. Use the link on this page to make payment via PayPal.

Registration can be done on-line, or by faxing or mailing a completed form.

Forms are available in both Word and PDF.

Please call if you have any questions regarding Symposium or Vendor Registration 

Fee: There will be a $20.00 charge or $30.00 per couple if registered by January 29. An additional $5.00 will be charged for registration after January 29. Students are $5.00.  Enjoy a Beef dinner prepared by a local caterer.

Check-in: Please check in at the greeting table on February 4, 2010, when you arrive from 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. Come at 8:00 so you have time to visit with the vendors.

Location: The Symposium will be held at the Gobin Community Building located at 105 N. Main Street, Rocky Ford, CO  81067.  Please call for directions (719) 254-7608.

Vendor Set up/Tear down: All vendors are encouraged to set up on Wednesday evening, February 3, 2010, between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m., or February 4, between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. You can tear down after 4:30 p.m. on February 4, 2010.

Logistics (2 Options):

Display Booth/Table $200.00: Includes registration for two people and an 8-foot table with two chairs for your display. You have the option of simply putting up a display to distribute information, or having a company representative present.

Financial Sponsors $100.00: Financial Sponsors can participate by providing Company information that will be put in a packet and distributed to attendees.  Please provide your company logo either electronically or by mail.

Handouts: If you plan on having handouts, please provide for approximately 200 people.
