There will be a $20.00 charge or $30.00 per couple if registered by January 31. An additional $5.00 will be charged for registration after January 31. Students are $5.00.  Enjoy BBQ Beef catered by Christine’s, Rocky Ford, CO.

Check-in:

Please check in at the greeting table on February 7, 2008, when you arrive from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.

Location: The Symposium will be held at the Gobin Community Building located at 105 S. Main Street, Rocky Ford, CO  81067.  Please call for directions (719) 254-7608.

Vender Set up/Tear down: All vendors are encouraged to set up on Wednesday evening, February 6, 2008, between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m., or February 7, between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. You can tear down after 4:30 p.m. on February 7, 2008.

Logistics (3 Options):

Display Booth $300.00: You will be provided with one 8 foot table and two chairs for your display, limit 2 company representatives.

Informational Tables $100.00: You will be provided with one table and two chairs to distribute company information.  These tables are located along the hallway, as you enter the building.

Financial Sponsors $100.00: Financial Sponsors can participate by providing Company information that will be put in a packet and distributed to attendees.  Please provide your company logo either electronically or by mail.

Handouts: If you plan on having handouts, please provide for approximately 200 people.
